Help I Cant Log In!

TO dawn of war WINTER assault that is. Since the day I bought it I haven't been able to log in to multiplayer. It simply says "failed to authenticate CD key or something" yes I bought it from a store. I even tried to create a new account but it just sits there doing nothing. I really want to play. Any suggestions? :Pint:

I would've suggested you bring it back to the store with that very complaint. Alternatively, you can bother the tech crew by posting an inquiry.

the cd key is the code on the back of the manual, maybe its something about that.
