WA Demo graphic issues

Hi, trying to play WA demo but gamplay is extremely choppy. Is this a known bug or is there somthing i need to do? Iv tried all the different settings from low to high. I also have all the latest drivers including DX 9c. My system specs are 3ghz P4, 1 Gig RAM, windows XP and most importantly a radeon 9800 pro 128MB. Thanks in advance for any help. Oh and never had a problem with the original game :)

Uninstall your graphics card drivers and install the 5.6 catalysts.

If that doesnt work or you are already using the 5.6s then please post a warnings.log and dxdiag.
