Patching DOW

I downloaded the eng versions of the DOW patches. When trying to install them, i get an error saying that the patch is the wrong language!

Now my DOW is on 1 of 2 hard drives on my computer. Its not installed on the C drive but i believe this shouldn't be a problem.

So i downlaoded them again. The eng versions. Still the same error!

Should re-installing the game on the C drive fix this?

Anyone else had this problem?
