Crashing related to copy protection?

Hi!
I had a serious problem with in game crashes. After 5-20 Min. of playing the game crashed back to windows.This error occured for the first time after I installed WA! DoW was fine. Nothing mentioned in this forum helped, so I tried something new. I uninstalled ALL CD burning and copying programmes, also stuff like InCD, including the registry entries!

Now I can play without crashes. I hope this will help others, too!
Is there a connection with the copy protection? What do you think?

Hmm, there shouldnt be a connection (securom should either prevent you from running the game or let you run it and then leave you alone). Still, thanks for letting us know :)
