Ok I have 2 major problems

Ok.My first one is when i try to patch 1.01 it says eroor number 1624:failed to complete installation.My second problem is that i cant connect to the online play.I turned off my firewall i cant play.My comcast connection goes into a linksys wireless g router and my ethernet that goes into my comp comes from the back of that.I dont use wireless.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :Puppy:
