i start saying that i do not like to kick, but sometimes it is necessary (a guy started construct in my base, and i had just space for my buildings).
sometimes words are not enought, so i need to know the way to kick someone specific.

You cannot kick people after the game has started, if you could it would be silly.

When the game says that someone has been kicked it doesnt mean that the host chose to kick them - the game detected that they were lagging and so were automatically kicked (this sometimes happens when they arent lagging, but thats a bug - not the host typing a command in).

That would be a good idea.

It has been implemented, if someone lags it pops up, so it just need to be connected to a key.
