HELP installing WA and DOW!

:banghead: I cannot install Winter Assault! It tells me to exit all anti-viris software and i did. And to update all patches. SO i install it and after it is done with the patch it says "WARNING! ERROR!" The file may be corrupted and you may need to try again." SO i cannot play WA... I feel like killing my computer. :rage:

Uninstall DoW, delete the DoW install directory, reinstall, run the game once, download and install this patch (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=80134).

If you still get an error then post a dxdiag.
