I think the Officer in the second picture looks the best and the guy with the re-breather looks cool.

The last picture down showing what appears to be Seargent with Plasma Pistol and a chainsword looks sweet. The battle scars on his face also gives him a meaner look.

Floating Spore Sacs, according to the FW newsletter. I'm guessing either ordinance template spores or beasties that generate spoors while flying about the battle field. Probably the former.
