Eldar Character models replaced by purple boxes!!!

Hey, my winter assault is working perfectly, except for whenever the order missions switches to the eldar race... then things start ging fishy... all units except the commander is replaced by purple boxes... the game still works.. but what is going on???

i can't get really continue as it is no fun to play with boxes...

please help..

The game uses purple boxes when it can't access the model files (either because they have been moved/deleted or something has corrupted them). We even have one available as an avatar on these forums (see page 4 of the DoW avatars in user CP).

Anyway, try playing as eldar in a skirmish game - do you get the same problem?

Reinstalling should fix the problem provided you delete the install directory after uninstalling (and you uninstall both WA and DoW), if you only reinstalled WA or you reinstalled both but didnt delete the install directory then go and do that now.
