Cannot see the game at all

well i have everything able to play this game, i can play bf2 fine, half life 2 fine, any game out there today fine. But when i try to open this game i see nothing, just my desktop frozen. i hear the sound of the game but no video input of it...

any help?

try shutting down any firewalls you have running.

If that doesnt work post a warnings.log and a dxdiag please.
