cant update to 1.4.1

i cant update to 1.4.1
cuz i broke the cd when i rolled over it with my comp chair so i put a no cd patch on,

im guessn i cant update cuz of this patch, or cuz its the game of the year edition

so i dont know what to do, i tryed to take the game back to ebgames but they wont trade it for me .

so dose anyone have the orriganal 1.4 exe? or am i gonna have to spend 40$ on this game agan :(

contact THQ and they will repleace your broken cd I think.

You cracked the .exe. Of course the patch won't work.
Contact THQ about getting a replacement disk.
