Common error plz help

Hi i am new here and have just recently brought dow which i think comes with patch 1.4 (Just dl 1.41) and 2 new maps. Any way i have been experiencing very glitchy game play where the games freezes and the sound gets stuck in a loop for about 2 seconds and it keeps happening over and over. I have read the ati video card report about it being glitchy and have turned off vsync but I still am experiencing glitchy game play. I have radeon 9550 with catalyst 5.12, Realtek audio 5.10. The weird thing is I dl the demo about 6 months ago and experienced the same thing with catalyst 4 point something. Sorry if messages like this have been posted a million times before but I have tried your solution and as I said it still is glitchy. My game does not crash so I didn’t read the reports about that. Sorry i was confused about what you said in your post about posting dxdiag and text, but i know how to do it now. BUT when you say [code]>your text goes here<[code] does that mean that i put [code] info [code] before and after the whole reports. I didn't want to post the warnings and dxdiag because they are length and you won't want to read it all. I just want to know which part to include. Please exsplain. Thanks.

Don't worry the patch 4.41 helped a bit. i only get chppiness every half an hour or so. Thanks anyway.
