ok i know that my graphics card doesnt support the game but is there any way to update it with out dismantleing my computer

The graphics card is hardware - its a physical thing that sits inside your PC, you cant replace it without taking the side off your computer. However, it isnt so extreme as "dismantling" it - you just take the side off, remove the old card and insert the new one...if you are uncomfortable doing that then you can get any computer store to do it for you.

If you want recommendations on what to buy as a replacement then tell us roughly how much you want to spend.

not the graphics card i ment the harddrive and i probaly wont to spend £40-£60 probaly more

I dont see anything wrong with your harddrives - two physical drives with plenty of free space.
