Hi, i havent got DoW yet but i am thinking of buying it, i would just like to know if this graphics card would support it:

RADEON 9250 128MB AGP

The card you're thinking of getting should run DoW fine; probably not all graphics settings on high but I won't sneeze at a 9250 given that only 4 months ago my main computer system could barely run Quake 2 at 640x480. ;) Strange that you mention your current video card is an S3 Savage; I helped a friend of mine troubleshoot some programs on her computer equipped with the very same card. Although I can only base this opinion on my experiences with her equipment, I don't think your current card could support DoW at all. Still, I'll let Moe or TBS stamp it 'For Sure' or not. :)

Good idea to upgrade with a card that old. I know Doom 3 (if it at all interests you) won't run on an S3 Savage; it was one of the programs we tested on my friend's machine, and everything else in her box met the program requirements.

Yes that card will run the game - if you tell us how much you are spending we can look around and see if theres anything better in your price range.

Your current card is rubbish (sorry to be blunt).

One other thing you should check: to run the game you MUST have 256Mb of RAM - and I would recommend at least 512Mb.

thanks guys and btw im buying that graphics card for ₤27 and atm i have 256 mb DDR
and im gonna get another 256mb stick for ₤16 and it is the only type i can get as that is the only type of ram for my computer :|
