No, IBBoard was confused and thought that today was going to be April 1st (April Fools day) - he created a thread (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=86503) asking whether Tranj was going to pull an April fools joke on the forums.

We all pointed out that March comes before April and after February and the thread was locked (and I just noticed that Moe called me boring :(). Tranj himself has never claimed that he will be making any kind of announcement today (or on April 1st - although I wouldnt put it past him to try and pull something...especially now IBBoard has put the idea in his head :p)

Locking this to prevent yet further confusion.
