Gettin a little frustrated

Hi all, I am trying to join games in the online lobby and I am being constantly kicked off. Also when I do get in to join a game I get as far as the screen that tells me I am joining then it seems to hang for ages. Invariably I do not get to join the game. I can post to the chat room etc and I have checked that the shortcut properties is pointing to correct exe file etc. Firewalls have been turned off as has my virus scanner etc. Please render some advice.

Thanks for the fast reply. This does not help my problem, however. I am using a wireless connection, also as my IP is dynamic apparently, according to my provider I cannot have a static IP unless I am willing to be a business user. Me thinks someone best look at this because if this is the case the set up of your online gaming is losing market share as I believe many more people will be using a dynamic connection? Just about ready to give up on this as it takes me at times nearly an hour of constant trying restarting PC etc, to get onto a game!

dynamic IP address shouldnt matter, just run the test and post the results.
