Please help, everytime i try to enter a online game it says "host can not be found or connection issues".:madashel: ......and when i create a game know one can get in ....
What is the problem ...

If you're lucky you will find instructions for your router on the website I link in the net test thread.

i was luck ,but the link didnt work. I did all the steps (id address and Dns server )things and i still cant host a game.........GOD DAMN IT.

I love the game but i cant play it half the time.

Then the problem may be a software firewall on your computer - shut down any security software you have (firewalls or virus scanners) and try again.

Also how do i take a screenshot ?

Your friend may need to go through the same process you have - get him to run the net test.

To take a screenshot you hit the "Print Screen" button, screenshots will be saved in the "Screenshots" folder of your DoW install directory as jpeg files.

No man , ican only host games now and my friends can't get in to them. But where is the root folder ?

If someone is getting bad results on the net test then that is the problem - you all need to have the relevant ports forwarded.

The root folder is wherever you put it, the default location is C:\Program Files\THQ\Dawn of War\

Whats ports do we need opened ? and i did the hide hub thing but it didn't work is their more to it ?

You need to open the ports that you fail on the net test. They are also listed in DoW's readme file.

For the hub hiding - having created that file you should be able to hide everything by pressing shift and tab, if that doesnt do anything then check to make sure you named the file correctly (autoexec.lua - NOT autoexec.lua.txt, to make sure click tools > folder options > view > and make sure that the "hide file extensions for known file types" box is NOT ticked)

I still cant get into my friends game , and I always host game but some of my friends cant get in . Will game spy help ?
