I'm only having ISDN connection to the internet.
Most of the time I'm not having any trouble joining games.
But, as you might suppose, there are a few occasion when I can't play against one or the other opponent. Often even hamachi cannot establish a connection between me and my opponent.
But I found some workaround that might be of interest for some of you.
Usually I connect myself to the internet by the FRITZ!card web applications that was included to my ISDN card. Most of the time I don't experience any problems.
But as mentioned above something within this proggy prohibits me to connect to a few people I want to play with. (even with hamachi, where they stay yellow in my list)
On the other hand when I'm using the standard Windows dial-up adapter (DFÜ-Adapter in german, sorry I don't know the english translation for this) it works all of a sudden.
Maybe this hint helps some of you a little having similar troubles.
