How do i find out what graphics card i have????

I am trying to intstall the drivers for the graphics card on my granpas computer so i can run dow(im on vacation) the OP is Windows XP 2002 home edition
Please help.

run a dxdiag (start->run->type "dxdiag") then go to "display" and all your graphics card info should be there (incl. the card you have and your current driver).

No, thats not a proper graphics card and wont run games like DoW.
