I'm still getting the connecttion problem.... [FIXED]

I'm still getting the connecttion problem that I had in the other locked thread (it's exactly like in spinlocks movie with the delayed chat and reoccurring "connection problem" sign).

My hijackthis info and dxinfo is in the other thread...I'm adding my IPINFO here :

I just removed my old netlimiter client and my connection problem went away !!!!
