Now, these guys are indeed and are ment to be that way, just one thing about them really annoys me and seems somewhat unfair.
Their ability to uncap and cap points whilst cloaked, Snipers can't do it so why should Stormtrooper?
Allies can't seem (Well, from what I have seen) do anything to respond quick enough as the de-cap and re-cap fairly quickly. Jeeps seem to get torn up, armoured cars can only take 2 shots from Sherk and their dead.
I purpose either, removing it altogether and make it so the must be un-cloaked to cap/decap or increase the time inwhich the cap/decap whilst cloaked.
Thoughts?

I agree Space Marine scouts could cap/un-cap cloaked in DoW in the beta and it simply wasn't fair. Doubt they will keep it that way with CoH either.

I'm pretty sure this is what OPs are for, mostly. Most points in the game are Low and not worth putting an OP on just for the resources.

I think this is a bug. No camo unit should be able to capture.

I don't think I've ever been able to cap a point with Sniper, camoflage or no camoflage.
Ah well, just use OPs or stretch some barbed wire along your territory. That'll slow 'em up. :D

It's not like Stormtroopers come early or even for every Axis player. They have quite a cost, unlike Allied off-map infrantry don't come with anti tank and need to be unlocked first.

I'll give you some advice: NEVER push the retreat button while your Stormtroopers are carnouflaged. It takes them like 5 minutes to go back to headquartes, and you can't deactivate carnouflage while they are retreating ...

While it seems like they are capping cloaked, it appears to me that at least one unit always uncloaks when they're capping. I use them a lot and I've noticed that if there's any infantry nearby, they'll immediately start shooting at them the second they start capping. I need to verify it some more, but everytime I start capping a point with camoed stormtroopers, they take fire.

What Shorty says makes some since. Infantry ordered to take a point seems to have 1 person next to the point actually taking it, while the rest behave normally in regards to returning fire and such. So the rule that capping un-cloaks the unit doing it seems to be working correctly if it's just showing the 1 guy.
