AI keeps attacking unmade Mines

Don't know if its already been reported but when I made mines with the Axis, I was killed halfway. so the mines were still above ground and not ready. But the Expert AI kept attacking the unfinished mines. And couldn't destroy them. So they were standing and attacking there for some minutes. There were attacking with some engineers with flametrowers and some more forces.

What's even worse is that Jeeps can spot mines, so your squads will shoot at them. If you happen to have a squad standing on the mines, or near them, and a mortar crew sees the mines, it will start firing at them, killing your squad that's near the mines.
