1.20.0 CoH files on HDD won't defrag issue

Hi guys not sure if this is the right place, i've looked through and can't find a similar problem, here it is.
When i try and defrag my hard drive i get a message stating that some files couldn't be defragged, i viewed the report and it seems that some CoH files are the culprits
these ones:

"\THQ\Company of Heroes (BETA)\WW2\Archives\WW2SoundSpeechEnglish.sga"

"My Documents\Image.nrg"

And

"\Local Settings\Temp\Data1.cab"

Any ideas as to what i can do about this, the hdd is at about 21% fragmentation, a bit high for my liking.

The files are too large to be defragmented, it's an issue with any and all files above X MB (not sure what the limit is, something like 500 megs), it will still defrag the rest of your HDD with no problems.
