Problem: When I try to register an online account for DoW or WA I always get the error message that the password I provided is incorrect. But I'm trying to create a new account and just entered the password, what's going on here?

Solution: The email address you used to create the account most likely already has a gamespy account (or IGN, Fileplanet, etc.) connected to it.
If you create a nickname for an already used email address ingame you have to use the same password that you used for creating your former gamespy account.
If you don't know that password anymore, go here (https://login.fileplanet.com/login.aspx?r=http%3a%2f%2fwww.fileplanet.com%2fgsidscript.aspx%3ffpr%3dhttp%253a%252f%252fwww.fileplanet.com%252f&sl=) and retrieve it. Use this password then to create a nickname ingame.
