You may need to upgrade your Windows Installer to 3.1

The forum won't let me link to sites so just do a google search for the term "Windows Installer 3.1".

Hopefully that fixes the problem.

We had QA run through all of the permutations of Windows Installer, but something may have slipped through. We'll have them try and verify this and then add it to the support FAQ. Thanks for the tip.
