Stickied balance threads needed.

I would like to suggest adding some sticky threads to the balance forum for:

Axis Infantry Balancing
Axis Armor Balancing
Allied Infantry Balancing
Allied Armor Balancing

Far too general. It's much more useful to have "Rangers' bazookas are underpowered" as a thread title than have it as post #203948 in an "Allied Infantry" thread.

How about dividing it into sub forums, one for balance and one for strategy? Just like the one for walkthrough…

Or perhaps putting one of them in a sub forum either strategy or balance…?
