What program do i use to open .sga files in coh? I want to see the audio files, and i tried Corsix's sga program that was made for DoW and i couldnt get it to work with coh

Use Corsix's tools to extract all files from .sga files. All those are gonna be extracted to WW2/Data. Now check WW2/Data/Wav and you will find a bunch of .smf files. Those are really .wav files but they have a 12-byte header.
Get a hex editor, open a particular .smf and delete the first 12 bytes, then "Save as" .wav.
Now you have a normal .wav you can listen to.
If I wasnt clear on anything I will explain in detail but you should be fine.
