Newbie needed help

Hi I am brand new to this Forum. Being one of the 'Ancients' that have only recently worked out how to use the internet. I decided to pop over and see what is happening with my Fav game.

I have been playing Homeworld on and off since 1999, and have recently started playing again. Amazing though it is. No matter how many times I play it. There is always something different to learn.

i am playing on a Pentium 4 3.06 ghz,512 Ram, NVIDIA GeForce 4
Mx 440, Windows XP.

Not that this means anything to me.

I have had a couple of crashes where the game closes and I am back at my desktop. i get no error messages at all?

Anybody have any ideas?

I have been to all the support sites (I think)

Welcome to the forums, Gashead. You should post your question to the Homeworld Bug Report forums, after checking the Master Troubleshooting List there to see if anyone else has found the same goings-on.

Thanks Guys, Since I posted, the problem has not re-occurred.
however I am navigating through the various forums and have visited those you suggested.
