Simple question regarding points costs

I want to change the cost of the vehicles in the game so I turned on Corsix's tool and changed the manpower cost to 22000 for every vehicle. I dont know what to do afterwards to make it take effect. If someone could tell me that would probably save me lots of time.

Don't forget to click the 'save' button after changing the attributes for each vechicle. Then you just need to run the mod - click 'play' -> run in dev mode -> play in CoH and that's it !
