Spawning Weapons?

Just wondering, is it possible to make a building "spawn" a weapon buy building it like a squad? Tried to make a squad with only a MG-42 but everytime I try to build it the game crashes.

Just a thought, but perhaps you could make it an ability with the mg icon and under its actions, use spawn_entity rather than trying to spawn a squad with just the mg42 entity.

I may take a look later tonight to see how this would work.
