Guess what? Just now I FINALLY got the FedEx mail with the tracking number, and this exactly 2 weeks since I ordered the game at IM.
Now if I check the tracking number on the FedEx site it says they didn't actually get the game from IM until the 20th, which was 8 friggin' days after I got the mail from IM saying they shipped it.
What a bunch of smacktards.

But still, maybe there's hope I'll actually get the game after all.

Well, I just spoke to the guy on the other end of the phone, and he gave me a tracking number which he said he would use to Find out where the hell my game is. And he said if the Post office doesn't have it, they'll offer me a full refund OR send another copy :) Im happy now, I'll order of Gamestop if they cant find it xD

The thing is that a few people got there games form IM on time and some even got them early.
But it seems that a lot of you are having problems yes its IM fault but most of it sounds more like Fed Ex or Royal Mail's fault.

Even though I got my game on early form them I still wont order form them again.

I have to say SO FAR (touch wood *touches head*) IM aint bin that bad. I posted my order with them over the weekend, they shipped it on monday and i got the email telling me it had shipped on tuesday.

All I can hope for now is that FedEx dont screw up and it arrives by either tomorrow or wednesday. Dunno wot am gonna do with my spare copy that i have a feeling am gonna end up with...

My DC copy has reached the east midlands in approx 48 hours.

obviously, whatever is going on in IM's land, its really messed up.

If your waiting, ring up IM, demand a refund and just order it from gamestop. the speed they have delievered this has been unbelieveable.

Thats my major concern, I got an email monday telling me my order has shipped from IM, its now wednesday and I have no email from FEDEX telling me they have my parcel... still i ordered a back up copy from somewhere else, so hopefully one of them should be here by the end of the week and i can perhaps sell the other copy to some1...

Good news...after numberous phone calls both from me to IM and from IM to me, I have received my copy of DC.

I am happy to finally get the game, and at least I have it sometime before the rest of the UK, but I would not recommend Import Madness to anyone again, ever. They seem like decent people at the end of the phone but they have way too many delivery issues, take too many phone calls to sort out and in general seem incompetant.

Short story- keep calling to get your copy if you've already ordered, but never use them again, and warn anyone thinking of using them.

I ordered on 4th October (using Airmail, i.e. the slower option). No dispatch email received, though spoke to the helpful chap at IM (London number) on Friday last week and today. He said it has been dispatched and it is with Royal Mail.

The item is being moved over to Parcelforce (requested by IM yesterday) - he said expect it in 24-48 hours.

He said he would let me know the Parcelforce tracking number when he has it.

i pretty much went insane by the uk release date, after it hadn't arrived - i managed to convince one of my very good american friends to give me his CD key so i could play online with a friend, as he isn't so big on online play (and i'd give him mine when mine arrived)

so i didn't have to wait quite as long as i would have otherwise, but i got a cancellation/refund email this morning

so now i'm ordering my pal a copy from play
