Tau>Eldar?

hey i'm having trouble beating Tau with Eldar Firewarroirs beat Reapers and Kroot Carnivores beat Banshees. I could try teching but i'd be dead before i got to teir 2 anyone have successful replays of decent eldar players beating decent tau players?
