If you load up a squad, allow it to setup, and load it back up again, when it unloads it does not require a setup time (unless it moves).

I believe this is a consequence of the new transport code and purely unintentional on Relic's part.

As I haven't really seen anybody use transports much yet, I don't know whether this is truly imbalanced or not, and it could just be considered further incentive to use rhinos, but it has the potential to be very nasty indeed.

This happened in WA and DoW as well.

It actually makes transports quite usful though.

I think it's kind of fair. Not many people use transports and it would make them even less so if you unloaded your guys into combat only to have them stand there for a few seconds while their guns setup.
