This is basically the Normandy_44 mod without mod.
For everyone who dislikes the mod but loves the skins.

Nearly all axis infantry sknis are modified skins from Halftracks skinpack. I've seen some skinpacks but this is the best. Most german infantry skins in my mod use halftracks work as a base.
However they are different so you might give it a try.

Additionally all allied skins (inf and veh) and axis vehicle skins have been altered.
The only exception is the Tiger Ace that has a model error since 1.3, I solved the problem by adding a new model in my mod but this is a pure skinpack, it contains no new models.
If you like new models then try Normandy_44 it has some (Fallschirmjaeger, new Stug, Tiger Ace, additional rangers and some more, all without replacing existing units).

Skin pack:

To view screens check the Normandy_44 thread:

http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=125289

The screens show some units not aviable trough the skin pack as stated above. But they show the quality of the pack so you can decide if you like it or not.

No, the idea was that you use it with your favourite mod (if this is not Normandy_44).
If you're not using any mods at all, you have to create a mod directory via corsix mod tools.

Just create a new mod (it will be named My_Mod then).
Then copy the files in this directory and start the mod via corsix mod tool (were it says start in developer mode).

There is also a skin installation tool from Halftrack, this might help, too.

I'll release a complete skin mod (including shortcut and module file) if you would prefer this.

However I would recommend using it with one of the aviable mods that improve gameplay.

Scheez! Thanks Straig, i wouldn't have noticed that otherwise. Here i was thinking that there was another nice newly-released skinpack for me to try... :( Not happy Jan!

Taking a look at the screens in the Normandy 44 mod thread, i realy like the skins on the axis vehicles. Any chance of me getting a hold of them without having to download the mod, especially no since the Filefront link seems to be dead?
