General:
Bit Defender 10 is known to cause CoH Crash problems, usually while loading levels/maps for play. Uninstalling seems to be the only option.
Network:
Nod32 Antivirus needs to be configured properly (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=102061).
Net Limiter needs to be uninstalled. There's some evidence that Net Limiter 2.8 will still allow CoH to operate normally.
Windows Anti-Spyware Beta - Reportedly shutting this down lessens interference with CoH.
Windows Defender - Reportedly disabling this (might just need to be properly configured) will help you get into games.
Content Protect - App that protects children from getting into questionable websites was causing problems (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=102710).
Sunrocket VOIP Can cause connection errors. See this thread for more info (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=107688)
Spkrmon apparently causes network connectivity issues (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?p=1735591#post1735591)
McAfee Antivirus causing issues (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=108473). Particularly the privacy components.
Internet Download Manager (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=109620) reportedly causes network issues (probably has a bandwidth shaping component to it).
Problems with TCP/IP stack (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=109560) - Look for LSP errors in the hijack this log file.
Norton needs additional configuration (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=111915), needs to be added to the threats exclusion list.
cFosSpeed (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=112380) - another bandwidth shaper like Net Limiter causes problems - info on how this program works here (http://www.cfos.de/traffic_shaping/traffic_shaping_e.htm)
Zone Alarm Security Suite (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=120922) causing issues - Note was an older version (exact unknown).
