Here is a video i made in the replay
(sorry about bad quality, im not familiar with compressing and making videos ect... no sound either)
just watch how many shots the m10 takes to die due the 5% bug!

I don't believe this is a bug, it's a 'feature' that requires tanks take a critical hit to be destroyed.

It's a bug and a feature. They want tanks to be hard to finish, but they also said it wasn;t working like they hoped.
Edit: After being brought to 5% health: 11 tiger shots, 1 miss, 10 penetrating hits, no deflections.
Wow.
I've seen things almost that bad with deflections, but never 9 penetrating hits doing nothing. Not even a damaged engine: you realize it could have just driven away and been repaired, no problem?

I wonder if they can make "soft" tanks like M10s and Ostwinds be more prone to critical hits. That would negate the silly situations like the video above. It would also make the M10 act as the strike and retreat unit it's supposed to be, instead of the strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, and move a bit and strike, tank it is now.

Damn , that armor is even stronger then a Pershing !
holy damn .
but i had that a few times too , a Pershing needed 7 shots to take out a Tiger
was at that kind of health , and a sherman killed it with one shot from the front .
i thought the Pershing gun was better then a sherman ??????

can you explain to me what happen, because I can see it.
thanks
This is the most annoying thing in the game to me. Get a tank down to 5% then watch shot after shot after shot bounce off. Recently had a game where I got a Tiger down to 5% and simply couldn't kill it. AT shots, upgunned sherman shots, and RR shots doing nothing. So while I'm pissing around trying to finish off this Tiger, here comes Tiger #2 on the field.
One of the dumbest game mechanics I've seen in quite some time if this 5% thing is actually a feature.
