terran size question?

i made a map that is too big and does not run well is there are way to cut down the terran size and playable area with out remaking the map?

Ahhhh....
Now as has been said IN MANY MANY posts.....Create a stamp tool of the entire map, create a new map, and paste the stamp onto the new smaller sized map.
