Is it me, or do the two "middle" strategic points of Titans Fall seem significantly closer to the bottom base?
Edit - I don't think I need to state the background or evidence to comply with the balance forum rules. I've asked a straight forward question that involves the balance of a map, that's it.

Put [MAP] and version tags on the title, and you might get away with it.
As for the map, I sense no imba here.

I think it's closer in absolute distance, but due to cover and obstacle placement I think the distance evens out.

Well this is the best I can do for accurately representing distance... So you will have to bear with me, my drawing capabilities, and the lack of DC editor :P

I'm sure you guys can decypher this yourselves (like my grammar). Take note that the Red distances are generally longer. I also don't think Object placement is a factor here, especially when the said bottom player gets a whole lot more space for their 'guarenteed' out of base strategic point. Also take note of how close the middle crit is to blue.
Are my pictures flawed? Hell yes they are. But I think they come close to the spot. If you have a problem, prove me wrong using the same method. Please.
Edit- There also isn't any cover in this map, unless using Winter Assault Map Editor is flawed in that aspect.

Oh right, TF has no cover. Damn, forgot.
Anyway, I think you can walk over some part of the titan's torso, so that shortens the distances... I wouldn't know for sure, but I never had a feeling of some imbaity on this map.

Anybody want to confirm this so I don't have to play it right now? :P
Edit- At least take into consideration that it's easier for bottom base to reach the middle critical location.

I'm going to assume that the lack of responce is because I am correct, thus I rock a whooole lot. Evidence? No one has flammed me yet. So I will ah- I will go ahead and post this in the nobrainer fix thread in a bit, just to give those who do their work a bit more time to flame me.

Scinadier, 3 hours without a post does not a lack of response make. Hold your horses, give it a day or seven.

Those are missing decals because he doesn't have the DC map editor, they show up as big Question marks in the place of the decals

i have just time with the game timer how long does it take for a SS to reach the 3 points in the middle...
- the CP in the center is 7 seconds closer to the bottom
- the LP in the left has equal distance....
- the LP on the right is 7 seconds closer to the bottom
it was a more or less timing, but we where right, 2 point are closer to the bottom base....
IMBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA :D
i think that i will do the same for emmeral river, l8r...

Except Bloody Hell all new maps are totally crap. So no wonder there are "strange things" here and there.
Thanks for pointing that out though.

This isnt the only imbalanced map either...
A few off the top of my head :
The top/bottom players in the 2v2 map Savannah(its the sand one) have more easily defended points and direct access to a crit.
The 2v2 marshland map has 2 starting locations with one extra point.
3v3 map pavonian heartlands has the bottom team with closer critical locations.
