Question about Elder caps

I have all the buildings and upgrades but my squad cap goes up then down and so forth. Why?


also what can be done to increase the vehicle caps being an eldar?

Eldar increase their cap by building webway gates. As a result, it would fluctuate with their destruction. They are used for both types of caps. The Avatar also boosts both (possibly past the normal limit, if you have a high enough current cap), and thus his death will effect it.

thats funny i had a squad cap of 23 and vehicle cap of only 4.

I have not heard of this myself, but what version of the game are you playing and do you have a replay perhaps? (I unfortunately could not watch it myself, but perhaps others could enlighten you more than I could).

Doesn't building warlocks in squads also increase your pop cap?

Indeed they do. It's only 1 bonus squad cap, but it would certainly explain the varying squad cap. I'm not sure know how you could get 4 support cap though. The Support Portal and Webway Gate both give 3 support cap, and the bonus population territory in the campaign gives a bonus 2 support cap.

Squad Leaders (Warlocks, Exarches) all increase infantry squad cap.

i still cant get my vehicle cap about 4

Try to check the game manager in the main menu, maybe you are running some mod that messes with the vehicle cap.
If not, you should try reinstalling the game.

Build more webways for both caps, early game warlocks and exarchs increase infantry pop.
