WTF? Mulitplayer

So i have had CoH for awhile, i decide to try multiplayer so i logon and i am presented with a 4 tabs - news, Play, chat, and ledder boards,


i chose play and i get all of 4 games pop up, i check the filters none are on but there is still only 4, games although in the top left it says over 500 people are online ? ive got to be mising some thing here. there has to be more then 4 games going for CoH and of the 2 i did play they both lagged my allie droped out in the first, then i got kicked in the second which was a 1 vs 1 becuase i was about to win.

The number of online players includes those who are already in a game, not just the ones in the lobby.
To save yourself this hassle of looking for a game just click "Play Now" at the bottom of the screen.
There is usually more than just four games at the same time in the lobby. Maybe you are trying to play in such an odd time when everyone is sleeping. usually when it is evening in US or EU you will find 1000+ players online with more than 20 games in the lobby.

Bad Luck K4G4I. I'm an Aussie too and have the same problem. No games under 100 ping, SFA 2v2/3v3/4v4 games, and 'play now' option is a lag ridden nightmare. You might want to consider moving to the US or becoming noctural in order to get online games for CoH^^

Im an Aussie and I have no problems finding games between 7 - 11 pm with decent pings (ie Australian and NZ players).

I have well over 30 Aussie players in my contacts, so i can usaully get a game going. Of course some nights are quiet, but as a rule its farily well supported.


Also it helps alot if you have TS/vent and have some association with a clan or fansite such as this one, planetCOH or gamereplays.org, as it makes organsiing games and making contacts alot easier.

there could be some poeple who just use the lobby for chat instead of playing a game because the have not other form ie. messager or email

well i just had a really good game i made a good come back after base was completey destoryed and managed to Win,
