Can't Play SP

I can play MP, Tutorial and online no problems, but when i try the missions, the cinematics play fine, but after that it blacks and locks up the whole comp, music still plays but i have to hard reboot to get back to normal. Any Ideas?
this happens whether i watch the cinematics or skip em

can you please list your system specs including your video card drivers and what version of directx you are running. also copy and paste the contents of your hw2 log.
