View Full Version : Slot for 5 production modules on MS?

I know the MS can only build 4 production modules. However if you look at the MS, you see the two small modules on the fighter/corvette bay, frigate module below the frigate hanger and the slightly larger module on the otherside of the MS for the capitol ships(carrier in demo). But also we have an even larger module back on the right side of the ship above the 3 smaller ones. A super capitol ship module? or maybe a module for some other reason? Any ideas?
There are more systems then are available in the demo and not all systems go in the same spot or fit in the same spot, and in single player there are even more sub systems.
my guess is the "Movers" Building plant has 1 area to

to my knowledge the only subsys space left empty in the demo is the very long large one on the right side of te MS, the biggest one above the frigate bay, it must be filled in someway in the full version, and there are other subsys. that can swaped (hyperspace inhibitor, cloak gen, etc)

You're not suppose to be able to build all available systems/sub-systems, even in te final game. You have to compromise and see what will give you the best tactical advantage. Thats what makes each game a whole new experience. :)

just a guess perhaps something for building this shipyard. again just a guess but i doubt it comes out of the ms like the carrier
