Scenario Editor?

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I've been wondering. In Empire Earth, there was a tool called the "Scenario Editor" in which you could place units on a blank map, add triggers, save it, and play it just like a campaign mission. Is there a tool such as this in Dawn of War/WA/DC?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are actually a whole range of mod tools for (I'm assuming) Dawn of War Dark Crusade. They can be found here (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=144448) . However, please know that these tools that Relic has so kindly given us aren't as beginner friendly as say Warcracft, Starcraft, or even Empire Earth. But please don't be afraid, once you get the hang of them and you learn the in and outs you'll be able to create some truley stunning stuff.
