limited building tanks, vehicles

Is there any mod on construction who limited the number of tanks, vehicles...

I think that too much tanks and other vehicles kill the realism of the game.

Its doable, if you wanted to limit them to the same number it could be done pretty fast too, just opening all the armor and making a cap of 2 or 3 across the board using a copied requirement pasting it in across the board. I'll probably mess around with it after I get the british commando paratroops to work and post it
