Tried both using Hamachi? Does it work when both of you connect directly to your modems, effectively bypassing the Router (same as DMZ mode)?

Use this site. It's pretty helpful. http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm
Ive giving up using Hamachi and OF, it never works.
So we try use RO, but as i said that is also not working so good :(
And ive forwarded right, ive used Telnet and chk the ports and all is set, same with web ui all is set. So it should be working now. And ive also did same to my friend, ports are open

Yes but have you tried by removing the routers from the equation? It is likely that the router or a firewalls (hardware or software) may be eating up your packets.
If it turns out that the Router is the problem (if you connect directly to the modem and it works without the router being attached), then you may want to seek out a firmware upgrade for the Router, or take a long look at the options menu for feasible things that could be tweaked.
If it turns out that the problem still occurs when both of you are without routers, then you will have to explore the software side of things - run a Selective Startup (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=107785) each and try playing then, until you can narrow down who has the problem, and what the problem software is.

Is it an ADSL modem?
Does it have a DMZ mode/option/Host?
If so, attempt applying this across both your modem and your buddies', inputting the LAN IP of your computer to it, respectively.
This will reduce the security online, but it should serve as a mere test, not a permenant feature just to see if it changes anything.

if you both dont have routers maybe its a program conflict. Post HJT logs for each of your machines.

Its an ADSL modem, and i have other users on the modem so i cant do any DMZ atm.
