Is it possable to play Custom maps Online

I was wondering If you could play custom maps online like i was trying to play the D-day Coop map with my brother but it says we dont have a version of the same map yet we downloaded the same one?????? anyone know if you cant or how you can. :ballchain

atm sga maps can't be played online, until relic fixes this.. however there is a trick, that i posted here:

it's not easy though and certainly not something for pc noobs.
