View Full Version : Where can i find the Aide Station, what is the key of the whole rescue/wounded thing

Yeah i search Corsix but i cant find that Building in the Allies Building area (attrib/ebps/races/allies/buildings)


I searched for the Axis pendant too. But the Bunker will get it through the Upgrade so i dont know where to search.

My main focus was to find the radius where the casualties where saved by medics.

Please help

Mostly, this type of questions are usually put in the armour were more people can look at it ;).
The radius is an ability iirc, but I don't have the tools atm on this pc, so I can't tell you exactly.

You can try searching in the ability section in Corsix modstudio
Maybe you find it there ;)

OK i looked it up and i cant find something that will fit my search parameters :(

So the questions are still unsolved:

Where is the ability for the radius in what the wounded Soldiers are rescued by Medics?

Where is the building for the allied aide station located?

Is the rescue radius the same like the axis one?

I'll look it up tonight but I figure the file is under the buildings in the atrib/ebps dir the heal function is probably an ability so look there! I'll try to confirm.

If he wants the medic building it is called a checkpoint in corsix mod studio.

Yeah found it yesterday. Thanx for the replies.

Checkpoint for Allies
Casualty Station for Brits
Bunker for Axis

In there is a tag called Aidestation. I hope that the range field in there is the search range of the medics that rescue the wounded

thats in the ebps of the building. (IIRC ofcourse ;))

Update:
Attrib/attrib/races/allies/buildings/checkpoint

Then, in checkpoint:
open aide_station_ext. There, you see: casualty search radius. Just bump it to the desired range.

Ok little Question again. I edited the range in aide_station_ext to a high value so that the medics go for wounded people at the whole map. But they didnt do that. I use the value "4000" for the range.

Is there a second value to determine the search range or is "4000" to less?

And is there a percentage or a criteria that tells how many soldiers gets injuried or killed? I remember KMOD that all soldiers got injured instead of killed.

Not that strange that 4000 doesn't works...:/
Ive been a mapper, and the max distance when creating maps is around 1000 (and these maps cause mostly lagg lol) so, Ive done the same thing in my old mod, but I set it around 400. That works fine.

Maybe, you can delete all the death actions in the ebps of the unit, but I haven't tried this out, and im not sure. Its located under health_ext.

Another question on that. Where can i find the Unit which will be respawned if the medics got enough wounded together?

Because i gave the PE the Bunker with Medic Station upgrade but if there are enough wounded i got an axis panzergrenadier squad. But i want it to spawn PE Panzergrenadiers :(
