Can't install the beta

There appears to be a problem with the following file:
WW2/Archives/OFFFullSpeechEnglish.sga
Error code 10104
Any ideas? I tried both the original and the localized version of the beta.
Also, prior to installation the installer rates my system, and despite having 3.2GHz my CPU performance is rated as "poor"???? What the hey?

Do you have mods installed or have you modified that sound file?

Happens when: You have mods installed.

You may have to reinstall CoH to get it to work.

Strange, my only guess is the copy you have of the beta might be corrupt, I think you should do a clean install of CoH or CoH:OF and try again.

Maybe you have changed the sound so that the units speek another language... but i've done it and it worked for me.
