Does anyone know how epic units will be implemented?

What do you mean by epic? If you mean units like titans etc. then I doubt they will be implemented at all as relic are trying to bring the game to focus more on squads and having an epic unit like a Warlord Titan ect. which could crush any infantry in a whim would detract from squad based gameplay.
If you mean relic units then I don't no but I hope they are included and maybe give them some more special abilities.

Their refered to as "Relic Units" by most people. "Epic" is a bit of an overused word IMO, and I much prefer them being unique and requiring a certain point on the map.
Yes I do hope they make a return - if not something like the King Tiger in COH would be nice, Very unique powerful, one time call in units.
Relic units were one of the more defining, enjoyable parts of the original game. I still remember games where you faced 4 land raiders :P

Relic units ? Could be, either something akin to how they were in DoW with you needing a special point, or like in CoH at the end of some command tree and usually one time only. Of course, it could just mean there would be variants of the Relic unit now depending on the doctrine used.
Taking the Land Raider as an example, one doctrine would allow for a regular land raider, another doctrine might allow a Land Raider Crusader, and and the last doctrine might allow a third variant of some sort.

Titans and other Epic units are just to big to be in Dow II

I think they will be timed as given how its mostly squad based having them as one time use could be overpowerd since each one has the power to wipe the floor with more or less every squad your enemy has.
We have speculation thread about relic units. Beyond that, nobody knows anything, including whether or not they will even continue to exist as 'relic units'.
In any case, please use the speculation thread if you want to discuss wishlists or related malarky.
