How your position in ladder is calculated? I mean, what is important, only win loses ratio, or how you behave during fight. Are those points at the end of the game important? Maybe this is written somewhere but I can't find.

by a points value.

You beat someone that has more points than you, you get a high amount of points.

You beat someone who has less points than you, you get a low amount of points.

You lose to someone who has more points than you, you lose less points.

You lose to someone who has less points than you, you lose more points.

You lose to someone who has the same amount of points as you, a black hole opens up and you are sucked into it. Existence as we know it is destroyed.

I know that it is similar to the ELO system used in chess and such. The exact details are unknown, but painmuffin gives you a good idea of it.
